Bribery, Modern Slavery, and Corruption Statement

In line with our HR and Governance procedures, BW suppliers go through a meticulous onboarding process prior to contracts being signed. We complete thorough checks and continue to regularly connect and support our suppliers and business partners, through 1:1s and service review meetings, which we view as an invaluable way to not only ensure a consistent high quality of service is provided, but also to help us identify any areas of concern.

We research all our business partners before signing up to work with them. This includes investigating their core values, sustainability commitments and carbon reporting, slavery and human trafficking policies and any statements relating to the treatment of their employees, as the business practices of those in our supply chain are considered just as important as our own.

We have a clear procedure set out for staff and suppliers to use in the event they have any concerns relating (but not limited) to safeguarding, coercion, neglect while conducting treatments/assessments. We are committed to ensuring our staff, suppliers and business partners uphold our core values, and practices pertaining to bribery, modern slavery, corruption or coercion will not be tolerated.
