NEURODIVERSITY WORKPLACE ASSESSMENTS

Create an Inclusive Workplace with Expert Neurodiversity Workplace Assessments

What is a Neurodiversity Workplace Assessment?

At Bespoke Wellbeing, we help businesses support neurodivergent employees through specialist workplace needs assessments. Designed for conditions such as autism, ADHD, dyslexia, dyspraxia, and other neurodiverse profiles, our assessments provide practical, legally compliant recommendations to help employees thrive at work.

Whether you’re meeting your obligations under the Equality Act 2010, supporting an employee after a diagnosis, or looking to foster a more inclusive culture, our experienced assessors can help.

A workplace needs assessment identifies reasonable adjustments and support strategies tailored to an individual’s role and working environment.

Our assessments focus on:

  • Understanding how neurodivergent traits affect day-to-day work

  • Identifying barriers to performance, communication, and wellbeing

  • Recommending practical adjustments and assistive tools

  • Supporting both employee and employer with actionable guidance

Common neurodiverse conditions include:

  • Autism, or Autism Spectrum Conditions
  • ADHD: Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, or ADD: Attention Deficit Disorder
  • Dyscalculia
  • Dyslexia

Assessments can be requested by employer or HR teams, Occupational Health providers, or employees via Access to Work or a private referral.

Neurodiversity challenges often include:

  • Difficulty focusing or paying attention

  • Issues with understanding or expressing emotions
