What is a Neurodiversity Workplace Assessment?

A workplace needs assessment identifies reasonable adjustments and support strategies tailored to an individual’s role and working environment.
Our assessments focus on:
Understanding how neurodivergent traits affect day-to-day work
Identifying barriers to performance, communication, and wellbeing

Assessments can be requested by employer or HR teams, Occupational Health providers, or employees via Access to Work or a private referral.

Making a referral
