James is a senior physiotherapist who completed his Physiotherapy degree in 2012 from St George’s University Hospital. He has gained a wealth of experience working within the NHS, private and sports sector.
With a passion for all sports, James has a particular interest in sports related injuries which has led him to gain experience with Charlton Athletic Football Academy. Additionally, James has regularly attended various sporting events offering his skills in preventative and acute management both pitch-side and within clinics.
James’ experience allows him to treat a wide range of clients including those suffering from acute complaints to the more complex post-operative conditions in addition to the amateur/high level athlete. James encompasses a patient-focused approach to treatment and utilises his skills in manual therapy to a high standard and promotes Pilates and exercise prescription to his clients.
James commits his spare time to his climbing and mountaineering training and has ascended a variety of mountains throughout the Alps. This allows James to be fully aware of the dedication needed to achieve personal goals; the frustrations of injuries affecting such achievements and therefore the importance of preventative rehabilitation.
James works afternoons and evenings at our Marble Arch Clinic.
