BakkerElkhuizen Be Flexible Monitor Arm Product Details

BE Flexible Monitor Arm allows you to conveniently optimise your workspace. The arm provides the most advanced innovations and comes in three different colours, ensuring a perfect match for your workplace.

The arm is equipped with a mechanical spring that allows a load capacity of 2-10kg, allowing the monitor arm to maintain its accuracy and strength over the years. The new, 4th generation, mechanical springs last much longer than the conventional mechanical or gas springs found in many other monitor arms.

A dial at the end of each arm makes it easy to adjust the spring tension, complete with audio feedback for the perfect setting. The arm also provides a handy weight indicator which enables you to set the weight of your screen perfectly.

The arm is designed with minimal parts and you can easily install with just one Allen key. The top-down clamp or bolt-through attachments ensure you avoid the inconvenience of having to duck under the desk to install. The Allen key is supplied with the arm and is easy to store by the monitor arm's clamp after use.

Rugged construction ensures durability while patent-pending technology provides premium long-life monitor adjustment with touch-screen stability. This allows the arm to be supported by a lifetime warranty, unlike traditional spring and gas designs.

With a more aesthetically pleasing design than other monitor arms, there is a discreet space to hide cables and a top clip allows you to hang cables, keeping your desk free from messy wires.

Developed with our planet in mind, BE Flexible Dual is made from 72% recycled material and is fully recyclable. The packaging is also sustainable, being 100% recyclable and containing no plastic.

Ergonomic Benefits

Ergonomic monitor arms help to improve your posture by positioning your screen at a comfortable viewing height. This should be so that the top of your screen is positioned just below your eye line as you sit upright and at an arm’s length away. This allows you to sit and work without stooping and looking down which reduces the chances of shoulder, neck and eye strain.

Because your monitor is positioned ergonomically you are able to perform better. You can work for longer periods without the chances of strain and your workspace is optimised so your movements are kept to a minimum.

Monitor arms also help to organise and keep your desk space tidy. Your monitor is raised which frees up desk space for other uses such as storage and equipment placement. The raised height also allows for appropriate positioning of other ergonomic products such as in-line document holders and writing slopes.
