Bespoke Wellbeing was founded in 2014 to bring together a collection of trusted and high-quality occupationally-focused assessment and rehabilitation services to the corporate, personal injury, and income protection markets.

The company has grown considerably over the past few years, after responding to Covid-19 and embracing a hybrid approach to offer both virtual and in-person services across the UK.

We are now a fully multi-professional team that includes Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Sports Rehabilitators, Ergonomists, and DSE assessors.

In May 2023, we were very excited to announce that we also acquired Designed2Move which provides specialist functional restoration programmes (FRP) to individuals who have sustained a serious injury that is impacting their ability to return to recreational activities and work.

The programme works with case managers and solicitors for personal injury and employer liability claims in medium to high-value cases. Cases are often referred to us when the long-term impact of the client not being able to return to their previous levels of employment and leisure activities will considerably impact their claim. We work collaboratively with you, and any team you have assembled, to streamline the timing of care and achieve the best functional outcomes for the client.


Our work has also been recognised in several awards and programmes, such as; ‘Best Musculoskeletal Initiative’ in the Occupational Health and Well-being Awards 2020, Natwest Accelerator Programme – “Scaling up Occupational Health Physiotherapy across the UK” 2019-2020, Great British Entrepreneur Awards (GBEA) 2019, and the Zenith Global Health Award (Allied Health Professional) 2019.

We are extremely proud of our team who bring together a wealth of experience across multi-professional disciplines. Our core team (below) of clinical and non-clinical members helps support the management and running of all our services. We are then further supported by a quality-assured network of Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Sports Rehabilitators, Ergonomists, and DSE assessors across the UK.
