Social Impact Statement
At Bespoke Wellbeing, we are dedicated to enhancing the well-being, safety, and productivity of the workforce while fostering a culture of health within the community. Our mission is to provide comprehensive occupational health services that support both businesses and employees in achieving optimal health outcomes. By focusing on injury prevention, early intervention, and holistic wellness, we help reduce workplace risks and empower individuals to thrive in their roles.
We recognise the profound impact that a healthy workforce has on broader social and economic systems. Through our tailored programmes, we promote physical and mental wellness, ensuring that individuals can perform their best without compromising their health. Our services aim to reduce absenteeism, improve employee engagement, and enhance job satisfaction—all while creating a safer, more supportive work environment.
We are committed to making occupational health services accessible to organisations of all sizes, providing expert guidance to small businesses and large enterprises alike. By collaborating with employers, we help create safer workplaces, reduce the likelihood of workplace injuries, and support employees in maintaining their health long-term.
Beyond the workplace, we engage with local communities, wellness programmes, and partnerships with organisations that focus on public health improvement. Our holistic approach contributes to a healthier society overall, where individuals are empowered to take control of their health, both at work and in their personal lives.
At Bespoke Wellbeing, we are not just improving workplace safety—we are creating positive, sustainable social change that promotes a healthier, more resilient workforce and community.
We are also recognised under the Fair Payment Code (SILVER AWARD – for our high standard of payment practices), reflecting our commitment to paying suppliers promptly and supporting the financial health of the businesses we work with.
The award demonstrates how we:
1) Support smaller businesses and suppliers
Paying suppliers promptly improves their cash flow, stability, and ability to grow. That has a direct social and economic impact, especially for SMEs and sole traders.
2) Deliver ethical business practices
Commitment to fair payment shows transparency, fairness, and responsible commercial conduct—core elements of many social impact or ESG frameworks.
3) Contribute to a healthier supply chain
Reliable payment practices reduce financial stress, late-payment disputes, and business failures across your ecosystem.

Bribery, Modern Slavery, and Corruption Statement Disability
In line with our HR and Governance procedures, Bespoke Wellbeing suppliers go through a meticulous onboarding process prior to contracts being signed. We complete thorough checks and continue to regularly connect and support our suppliers and business partners, through 1:1s and service review meetings, which we view as an invaluable way to not only ensure a consistent high quality of service is provided, but also to help us identify any areas of concern.
We research all our business partners before signing up to work with them. This includes investigating their core values, sustainability commitments and carbon reporting, slavery and human trafficking policies and any statements relating to the treatment of their employees, as the business practices of those in our supply chain are considered just as important as our own.
We have a clear procedure set out for staff and suppliers to use in the event they have any concerns relating (but not limited) to safeguarding, coercion, neglect while conducting treatments/assessments. We are committed to ensuring our staff, suppliers and business partners uphold our core values, and practices pertaining to bribery, modern slavery, corruption or coercion will not be tolerated.
