Welcome to Bespoke Wellbeing’s April blog!
Accreditations!!!
We’re proud to announce that Bespoke Wellbeing has successfully passed our ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 re-audits this month.
ISO 9001: Quality Management System
ISO 9001 is an internationally recognised standard that will help us improve the quality of our services.
It demonstrates our commitment to quality management and compliance.
It ensures we implement consistent, effective processes every time.
This highlights our dedication to consistently delivering high-quality services. It means we have robust, consistent processes in place to ensure our customers and partners receive the best possible experience every time.
ISO 45001: Occupational Health & Safety
ISO 45001 helps us improve workplace safety and minimise employee injuries.
It provides a framework for us to build an effective Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OH&S Management System) to identify and mitigate risks and monitor our workplace activities.
It encourages active employee involvement, leading to a safer workplace and less disruption to operations due to staff illness or health-related absence.
These accreditations reflect our commitment to operational excellence. By adhering to these standards, we’ve built a framework for continuous safety improvements and streamlined processes, ultimately ensuring a more reliable experience.
What our customers are saying…
We are also thrilled to share some recent client testimonials with you. We believe feedback is our greatest tool for growth, but more importantly, it allows us to celebrate our clinicians. Their dedication is the engine of our success, and seeing their hard work recognised is a great reminder of why we love doing what we do!
Clinican spotlight: Hayley Marchant
This week, we are turning the Clinician Spotlight on Hayley (Specialist Occupational Health Physiotherapist)! Let’s take a moment to look at the wonderful feedback she’s received and celebrate the impact she’s making:
“I wasn’t sure what to expect from a virtual assessment, but I found Hayley to be very caring, empathetic as well as extremely professional and knowledgeable. Reassured that I have a plan to promote recovery”
“I was in a really low place after hurting my back and I was desperate to get back to how I was before. The help and advice I have received from Hayley has been excellent, and that coupled with my determination and dedication to doing the physio exercises I was given has meant that I am feeling strong again and I’m back at the gym and rebuilding my workouts. I can’t thank Hayley enough for her support and encouragement. I am truly grateful!”
“Hayley was really helpful, supportive and knowledgeable. She was very thorough and I felt confident that she was supporting me in all the best ways she could. She helped me see all the health benefits I can receive through a better work set up and made my issues feel validated”
We look forward to continuing to share these stories and celebrating our clinicians who do such a wonderful job. Huge congratulations to Hayley – keep up the amazing work!
