This month, Team BW is celebrating two key achievements: the release of our latest clinical outcomes data, and our new Fair Payment Code Award. We are also heading to the Health and Wellbeing at Work Conference to bring the latest industry innovations back to the team.

Clinical Outcomes

When we talk about “clinical outcomes,” it’s easy to get lost in the jargon. But at Bespoke Wellbeing, the data we collect is much more than just numbers on a spreadsheet, it is the voice of our clients telling us what actually works.

We believe that evidence-based care requires evidence. By measuring our outcomes, we bridge the gap between simply providing care and actively improving it. For us, data is the tool that allows us to prove the value of our work, identify where we can support our clients better, and ensure our effort results in the best possible recovery.

To give you a glimpse into the impact of our services, let’s look at last month’s data for one of our MSK/Physiotherapy Partners.

• Average Improvement: Our clients reported an average of 78% improvement across the board.

• Pain Relief: We saw an 81% clinically meaningful improvement in “pain at its worst” scores.

• Functional Success: A staggering 91% of clients saw a meaningful change in their Patient Specific Functional Scale (PSFS), meaning they are getting back to the activities they love.

• Workforce Impact: At the initial assessment, 49% of employees were off work or on restricted duties. By discharge, that number dropped to 28%.

Fair Payment Code Award

While we are busy looking after your physical health, we are also committed to the health of our business community. We are thrilled to announce that Bespoke Wellbeing has achieved Silver for The Fair Payment Code (FPC) Standards!

Administered by the Small Business Commissioner on behalf of the Department for Business and Trade (DBT), this award recognises companies that practice ethical and timely payment. To hit Silver, we pay at least 95% of all invoices within 60 days (and 95% of small business invoices within 30 days).
