March 2026
Welcome to Bespoke Wellbeing’s March blog!
We have been super busy in the month of March…
We are delighted that Bespoke Wellbeing has been recognised as a Disability Confident Committed Employer.
This means we have committed to:
Ensure our recruitment process is inclusive and accessible
Communicating and promoting vacancies
Offering an interview to disabled people who meet the minimum criteria for the job
Anticipating and providing reasonable adjustments as required
Supporting any existing employee who acquires a disability or long term health condition, enabling them to stay in work
At least one activity that will make a difference for disabled people (we have chosen to offer Traineeships to young people to help prepare them)

Health and Wellbeing at Work Conference
Some of Team Bespoke recently attended the Health and Wellbeing at Work Conference in Birmingham and had a fantastic experience! It was a pleasure reconnecting with so many familiar faces across the industry.
Beyond the networking, it was inspiring to explore the innovative companies and products emerging in the #OccupationalHealth space. We also gained invaluable insights from the expert speakers – we’re looking forward to integrating these new perspectives and evidence-based practices into our own work.
If you haven’t been to this event before, it is a great opportunity to immerse yourself into all things ’employee health and wellbeing’ – with exhibitors, seminars and fire talks!
You can already register you interest for next year (9th – 10th of March 2027) – healthwellbeingwork.co.uk
Occupational Health Services (OHS): Giving your customer what they need
Clare (Founder at Bespoke Wellbeing) is also looking forward to attending the Occupational Health Services course (run by the HSE) next month. If you’re planning to be there, she’d love to connect and catch up!
This one-day course provides essential guidance for OH service providers, focusing on legal requirements and helping dutyholders meet their regulatory responsibilities. By the end of the session, Clare will be equipped with new strategies to help customers manage workforce health risks and ensure full compliance with health surveillance.
We’re excited for her to bring these fresh insights and ideas back to the team!
